The nanXXX functions have been compiled using matlab2009; Nic had problems when running matlab75. Obviously, he can recompile the source code, but then he needs a local copy of FieldTrip. I told him to start using matlab2010b.

Using matlab79 I have the same problem - matlab crashes on nanmean! What to do?

Stephen Whitmarsh - 2011-08-16 13:40:53 +0200

I closed all the bugs that were in the status RESOLVED. This includes the ones that we just discussed in the weekly fieldtrip meeting, but also the bugs that we did not discuss.
